Shipping
Orders are shipped from the United States.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, holidays, weather, and other delays outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive any available tracking information by email.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Because Bee Rafts are lightweight outdoor water accessories, returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in reasonable condition.
To request help with a return or order issue, please contact us with your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Please include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
Product Use
The Lotus Flower Bee Raft is a decorative floating water platform designed for backyard water sources such as birdbaths, fountains, ponds, buckets, barrels, hot tubs, jacuzzis, and similar outdoor water features.
The current small Bee Raft is not intended for swimming pools.
Do not leave children or pets unattended around water.
